Over the last three decades, Randy Borders has dedicated himself to various important roles, including being a highly regarded Pastor, a dependable Bishop, a Senior Church Leader, and a much sought-after Speaker and Coach. Residing in North Carolina with his wife, Norma, and their children in the city of Shelby, Randy has called this place his home. Since 1990, he has served as the pastor of Faith Harvest Church, and he also established Harvest Church Ministries International, Inc., a network of local churches that share common values and a shared commitment to establishing and strengthening thriving congregations.

 

Borders is a celebrated author, having published the critically acclaimed books “Stay Focused”, “The Adjutant’s Guide to Etiquette”, “More Than A Mentor”, and “Stories of Servant Leaders”. In this period of his life and career, Borders is focused on building up new leaders and coaching current leaders towards growth and expansion. He is often contacted by corporate leaders for direction and advice, and he takes this positioning in the marketplace seriously.

Randy has been married to the Former Norma Lee for the past 29 years and they have two adult children, Efrim and Hope. 

 

He feels called to work within the church and beyond the four walls, as he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad as a lecturer, conference speaker, revivalist, and seminar speaker. He looks forward to more opportunities to pour into others and help leaders become healthier, more effective, and more impactful through speaking, 1 to 1 mentoring, and intensive coaching.
